Pudumai Penn is a non-profit organisation headquartered in Chennai, India. It is registered as a Society under Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act 1975. Its affairs are administered by a board of trustees. The Pudumai Penn Foundation board is supported by a think-tank of experienced professionals from diverse fields, dedicated to advising the board and implementing strategies aimed at furthering the objectives of the organisation.

Vanaja Arvind
Founding Trustee
Vanaja is the Founding Trustee of Pudumai Penn Foundation which she conceptualized and formed in April 2014. An IT professional for 30 years, Vanaja is experienced in enabling startups, and establishing the processes and systems needed to make them run successfully. Vanaja joined ThinkSoft Global Services in 2000 as part of the Executive Board of Directors, helping develop the company into a $37 million global organisation by 2014. She has also worked with Citibank and IBM Global Services as well as in startups in telecom and software development.
Gita Muralidharan
Managing Trustee
Gita joined the Pudumai Penn Board in 2018, bringing with her over 25 years of corporate experience across organizations, namely NIIT, Zenta and Cognizant.

Srinivasan Arvind
Trustee
Arvind is a retired Indian Administrative Service Officer of the Tamilnadu cadre. Arvind entered the IAS in 1967 and has held a number of different positions in government in Tamilnadu as well as in the Central Government of India. He has over 35 years’ experience promoting industry in Tamilnadu through state Industrial Development organisations and has also been Chief Executive of several companies in the Public and Joint Sectors.
Mohan Parvatikar

Mohan has extensive experience in the finance sector, having worked for India’s largest banks – State Bank of India and one of its largest finance corporations – ICICI. He started his own brokerage firm in 1987 and became a member of Bangalore Stock Exchange. In 2000, Mohan joined the board of Thinksoftglobal Services Limited and served as a full-time Director till 2013.

Aarti Arvind
Trustee
Aarti joined as a Trustee of Pudumai Penn in 2022 and prior to this has been a volunteer for various initiatives. She comes with 20 years’ experience in IT and was the CEO/Managing Director of SQS India BFSI Limited. She has handled roles across the organisation. She is based in Chennai where she lives with her husband, daughter and various pets.
